Publication ethics

The journal follows international publication ethics practice (COPE principles).

Authors

Submissions must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere. Authorship is limited to those who made a substantial contribution; data must not be fabricated and sources must be cited correctly. Conflicts of interest and funding must be declared.

Editors

Manuscripts are evaluated on scholarly merit alone. Author and reviewer information is kept confidential, and editors do not take part in decisions on their own work.

Reviewers

Reviews must be objective, reasoned and courteous. Manuscripts under review are confidential and conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

Misconduct and corrections

Suspected plagiarism, fabrication or other misconduct is investigated by the editors. Confirmed cases may lead to a correction or retraction. Reports: tecndu@ndu.edu.az.
